Pixel4Value has been involved with ORBIS Trading Partners across the full development of the business — from business model and positioning to brand identity, digital infrastructure and ongoing operational support.

We designed and developed the complete ORBIS digital platform, including its visual identity, website architecture, multilingual website and the technical infrastructure behind it.

The collaboration extends well beyond the digital side. Pixel4Value works as an external production and operational partner, supporting product development, packaging and graphic production, while also helping ORBIS identify and source new products and suppliers.

From Thailand, we provide local compliance and supplier-support capabilities — researching manufacturers, reviewing documentation and helping establish whether products and suppliers meet the requirements for European market entry.

This includes supplier investigations and product verification before ORBIS proceeds with a project, as well as ongoing local coordination and compliance work.

Pixel4Value has worked with WivaLux from the development of its digital presence to the expansion of its international market activities.

We designed and developed WivaLux's website, including its overall visual structure, information architecture and digital presentation of the company's solutions.

As the collaboration developed, our role expanded into strategic market development. We now support WivaLux in developing its position in Thailand, including partner strategy, market opportunities and the development of its mobile energy solutions for the Thai market.

This includes exploring local applications and partnerships for WivaLux's integrated container-based systems combining solar power, battery storage, backup generation and water solutions.

In Thailand, Pixel4Value acts as WivaLux's local partner, providing market knowledge, local coordination and support in developing the company's presence and opportunities in the market.

Pixel4Value developed the complete digital platform for Nordic Quality Systems, from structure and visual design to the technical implementation of the website.

We also developed the visual presentation of the company's products, including product imagery, graphics and the overall visual system used throughout the website.

The result is a complete digital presence designed to present Nordic Quality Systems' technology, solutions and applications in a clear and professional way.

From there, the process can continue into sourcing and supplier development: identifying suitable manufacturers, communicating with suppliers, developing specifications, coordinating samples and supporting the practical work required to bring the product to market.

Our role can extend across the entire process — from the first creative concept to the finished can, package or product ready for international distribution.

A supplier can have a modern facility, strong hygiene procedures and apparently solid certifications — and still present a serious product-safety risk.

For ORBIS Trading Partners, Pixel4Value carried out a deeper due-diligence investigation of a Thai dried-mushroom producer being considered for international supply.

The work combined supplier documentation, an on-site factory audit, independent laboratory testing and investigation of the upstream substrate supply chain.

The factory itself performed well during the physical audit. However, independent testing identified significant variation in cadmium and arsenic levels between mushroom species, leading the investigation deeper into the supplier's raw-material chain.

The project was ultimately not taken forward.

The case demonstrates the role of independent, on-the-ground verification: not simply confirming that a supplier looks compliant, but gathering enough evidence to make a defensible commercial decision.
